Breakdance in Paris 2024 / Break Dance v Paříži 2024

Here we go ahead to speak about problem little more direct:
Break dance is an Olympic sport (in the end of this article a will say my opinion about it).
For example, I started to Breakdancing in 2002. (time of dinosaur seems to be).
In 2004 I was 15 and they decide after premier in Men competitions near Brno in SDK cup. Bring me to main Men Competitions Czech Championship. My nick name was same like nick name of this web page Kicl and it was my end in Junior category.
Several years I was preparing to these Men Championship. Sometimes I was injured.
I made Solo, Duo and several times Crew battles/demo. I was really great in SDK competitions too (same organizer). I was at the birth of SDK.europe (change of legislative and SDK cup became to be SDK.europe – the one of the biggest dance tour on planet earth).
We still qualified to the main competition day (World championship final).
And became one of the best B-Boy of the world. We only lasted it a few years.
The main problem became money and the university ambition.

Money problem.

My home club was Government sport club ATLAS (local government organization of statutory city Přerov, international name Prerauv -CZ).
The main problem was that several dancers were without salary. It was against the law. First we decided send several complaint to our leader Ms. Alice Nevřelova (called aunt Alice – every ms. were called aunt here in Government sport club ATLAS). She did nothing with our complaint. We decide to do next Czech championship and send another Complaint.
Still she did nothing. After it we decide to go to Lord Mayor Valouch and after his expiration Lord Major Lajtoch (he is official head of local government sport club ATLAS).
I Deside that they are really extreme left hand politics.
Because for they opinion it was small problem. And even smaller problem to do not go to next world, Czech championship or SDK.europe in main competitions. They and their officers always lied. Like “Sport is for free”, “Sport For everyone”, “why city athletes should be paid”.
The opinion were really extreme. And against labor law. We were both (officers city employees and we athlets city employees) Officers government employee, they newer was on World championship (IDO, SDK.europe, Battle of the year) like a athletes and they have got a salary and in purpose stole a salary of athletes do aggression.
Such conduct was condemned by the Constitutional Court in 2019. After this aggression was in game our biggest boss Minister of Education
ms. Petra Buzková The law made by Petra Buzkova said that they have to pay salary for At least 3 months (2006). She told it to Lord Mayor of the city.
That he had to pay. But city did not paid. And give themselves bonuses. Extreme of the city was growing up. Because was Vote again in the republic.
And all trio. Buzková, Valouch, Lajtoch wanted to won voting. Buzkova has stoped all steps. And The employee of local government in Prerov do not get a salary.
Some of them have poor job title (that is against the law). CSSD political party wanted to won election and simply stop everything.
True is They do not wanted the employee in the TV or News. True is that local government newer paid. The papers ale still corrupted.

In 2009 I decide to go to University and everything say to university police. But it seem to be bad step. The university police was fake police. It decided course in 2018. And Masaryk’s university had to close all one faculty (on same place are only interdisciplinary main field of studies – 3 field). These university police officers are one of the most irresponsible persons I have ever seen. The university was really fake. And all main field of studies are banned after court in 2018. Lot of professional athlete lost a lot of money.

The constitutional court in 2019:

In 2019 sat the constitutional court in Czech republic and decide that is prohibited to do not pay salary and employers had to finally pay salary with Interest on late payments. In was nothing with state law and the constitutional court only make punishment bigger.

After this I went again to city council to tell them that they did not pay the salary. They lost constitutional court. I was on small city commission (2020) and I had to witness in some cases. And I tell, that I do not have papers about closing of my faculty. I do not have list from my account of athlete’s evidence. And still exist my fake identikit on police station. And I want all my GDPR protected list.

In is almost one year ago And city council decide to tell me nothing. I do not have my list of sport evidence from my sport account (every Athletes need them- behavior totally against the law dear city hall –“send it!”). I decide to ask again in meaning of law 106/1999 sb. But they do not response. Where are my GDPR. Where are rights. FI MUNI LOST a court and local government organizations The constitutional court too (like Atlas). City councils have to immediately send the Athletes evidence and without any reasoning (it is 15 days to send the letter in meaning of law after that it can be resulted like a crime).

Olympic game:

Desizion: No if the local government or state government organization are planning to do not pay salary to our national team like in me case. And only lie. If the new Olympic athletes will came from Olympic two weaks and they will look at the bank account with zero shining. It will be same scam like on our generation. We won the court but the city hall do nothing. First Government sport club have to pay salary with interest.

Proof:

• 1. This list from Czech republic championships (exist a lot result lists-one is real examlple).
• 2. Purposely don’t sending evidence from athletes sport account (on city hall)
• 3. My Bank account (without a money from government)
• 4. Totally irresponsible behavior of officer employee of city hall.
• 5. The constitutional court in Czech republic and decide that is prohibited to do not pay salary and employers had to finally pay salary with Interest on late payments (2019) and after that city hall do nothing
• 6. Law. Examlpe law 2006 that athletes have to have at least 3 mounth salary. Before Czech championships. Labour law, Buzkova orders…
• 7. Police units did nothing
